Courtney provides compliance and advisory services in all areas of taxation. Working with family groups, small businesses, and multi-national corporations, Courtney works with clients to create strategies to mitigate any identified tax risks.
As a trusted advisor. Courtney provides both ad-hoc and ongoing technical taxation advice as well as long-term projects, such as family succession planning. Courtney can assist with income tax, FBT, GST and employment taxes, but her area of expertise is with not-for-profits, including large and small government and non-government organisations, community organisations, and registered charities.
Assisting clients from the beginning of their not-for-profit journey with the establishment of structures and relevant registrations and endorsements, such as DGR, through to ongoing management and governance of, and compliance with, these organisation’s reporting and taxation obligations, Courtney regularly works with internal and external teams and stakeholders, both in person and remotely to achieve the desired outcomes.
