Audit Assistant

 At Crowe Armenia we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Audit Assistant Intern to join our team.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Participate in audit engagements and audit of financial statements according to IFRS and/ or other reporting frameworks;
  • Review the client's accounting system and internal control system;
  • Carry out audit tests and analytical procedures;
  • Participate in stock-taking and valuation processes;
  • Perform the audit work assigned professionally, by the Crowe working program

 

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education;
  • Analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Good level of English language; knowledge of Russian language is preferred;
  • Ability to react to deadlines with flexibility and professionalism;
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel;
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discreetly and professionally;

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare accounting documents.

Required Qualifications

We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and a meticulous approach to accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform financial analyses to various assignments: Business Valuation, Assets Valuation, Real Estate Valuation.
  • Provides value-added strategies, assisting clients in resolving issues by matching in-depth understanding of client’s business, industry trends, benchmarking data and valuation expertise.
  • Manage and deliver financial reporting.
  • Preparing deliverables: Valuation Reports, Valuation Opinion, Financial analysis, forecasting reports and statements
  • Produce detailed valuation reports.
  • Participation in Business Meetings.

 

Requirements:

Candidates for the tax consultant role should have a comprehensive understanding of the following legal acts:

  • An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the area of Valuation services.
  • Solid knowledge in the areas of budgeting and business planning, data analytics and financial analysis, business consulting, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and analytical financial modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Full professional proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian.

Crowe Armenia is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare the Company's contracts and orders.
  • Ensure legal compliance of contracts, orders, decisions, and ordinances with applicable laws and other legal acts, and verify the legal accuracy of wordings.
  • Draft letters, correspondences, and applications.
  • Provide advice and clarifications to the heads of the Company's structural divisions regarding compliance with RA laws and other legal acts.
  • Prepare drafts of contracts and other transactions to be signed by the Company, in collaboration with relevant structural units.
  • Offer legal advice to the Company's clients regarding services provided by the Company.
  • Represent the company in business meetings and negotiations with government bodies and private organizations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in law.
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in corporate, contractual, tax, customs, investment, and consulting fields.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and other office equipment.
  • Skills in contract drafting.
  • Experience in writing pleadings, motions, appeals, and cassation appeals.
  • Competence in legislative analysis.
  • Ability to provide insights on legislative projects and contracts.
  • Skills in notarizing transactions.
  • Proficiency in writing applications, reports, letters, and drafting protocols.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Quick decision-making ability.
  • Capacity to remain vigilant and make clear decisions in stressful situations.
  • Possession of a lawyer's license issued by the Chamber of Advocates will be an added advantage.
