UAE - New Reconsideration Request Procedures
A Reconsideration request is a process by which any Person may apply for a reconsideration of any decision issued in connection to him by the Federal Tax Authority ("FTA").

- Application through the e-services portal (eservices.tax.gov.ae) instead of FTA's Website (tax.gov.ae).
- Option to submit the form in Arabic or English, subject to additional declarations.

Registered Persons
- Log-in to the FTA's e-services portal. (eservices.tax.gov.ae)
- Form can be accessed under the "Registered Reconsideration" tab.
Non-Registered Persons
- Create an account and log-in to the FTA's e-services portal. (eservices.tax.gov.ae)
- Form can be accessed under the "Non-Registered Reconsiderations" tab.
