1.    Emirates ID Replacement for Residence Data Changes

• Changes in residence visa data will automatically prompt a request for an Emirates ID card replacement.
• This includes updating personal details, professional designations, and passport information.
• The residence visa data can be amended through the authority’s website or the UAEICP smart application.

2.    Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) Scheme

• Deadline
  Deadline to register to the ILOE was 30^th September.

• Penalties for Non-subscription
  A) Failure to subscribe by the deadline incurs a penalty of AED 400.
  B) Employees cannot obtain new work permits until all fines for non-subscription or unpaid insurance premiums are cleared.

• ILOE Enrolment on Employees’ behalf
  Companies unregistered with MOHRE (15+ Employees) can subscribe for their employees to the ILOE scheme.
