Following a recent MOU with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), RAK ICC registered companies & RAKEZ companies can now register land, own freehold properties in 23 Freehold areas in Dubai which includes Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle and Palm Jumeirah. By the signing of MOU, DLD strengthened the ties with RAK government entities.
Separate MOU were signed by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Managing Director of both RAKICC and RAKEZ, and Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of DLD.
The companies needs to be listed and duly registered with RAKICC or RAKEZ and the shareholders should be natural persons.
