Crowe Emirati Empowerment Program: Overview

Who Can Apply?

Every Emirati who has completed a high school diploma and is currently employed or pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at any UAE university is eligible for this program.

Program Objective:

Professional training is essential for acquiring industrial experience, enhancing efficiency within multinational corporations, and boosting the candidate's global marketability.

Program Mode

Under the guidance of consultants and partners from various divisions of Crowe Academy, trainees apply the theoretical knowledge and skills they have acquired in college and university to real-world situations. The program provides students with hands-on experience in their chosen field and continuously enhances a wide range of skills.

Timeframe

The program lasts for 10-12 weeks, during which the student will acquire 60% of their experience through on-the-job training at Crowe or customer offices and the remaining 40% through formal training and certification.

Level-1 Introductory Certificate Courses

This program will prepare Emirati talents with soft skills, analytical, judgmental, and reasoning abilities, while also imparting knowledge related to Operations, Law, and Regulations. Additionally, it will cover the use of software relevant to various departments of banks, insurance companies, and remittance houses.

 Level 2 Training Program

Our Specialization Certifications will prepare Emirati talents to acquire specialized knowledge in areas such as Compliance, Fraud, Treasury, Risk Management, and Internal Audit.

Level 3 Training Program

The Level 3 training program is jointly empowered by two esteemed institutions: ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and Crowe Academy for Professional and Management Training. This collaborative effort ensures that participants receive a comprehensive and high-quality education in the field.
