Overview
As part of our effort to enable UAE businesses to prepare for and gain understanding of the upcoming VAT laws, we are conducting a series of workshops in the UAE until the end of the year 2017. Our previous workshop in April focussed on the planning tools for businesses to start with their VAT implementation in their organization. This workshop would also be covering the IT and legal perspective when implementing VAT in your organisation

Which topics are being covered?

·       The GCC VAT Framework agreement and how it will impact the business in the UAE

·       System and Legal risk and implementation

·       VAT impact on corporate financing

How it works?

This VAT technical workshop will be of one day duration and targeted to equip businesses with key framework and understand the nuances and details of VAT implementation issues. Being a practical workshop, majority of the time will be spent on case studies and group discussion with the respective workshop leader. It will be delivered by subject-matter experts from our UAE and/or international office.
