Frances is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines with over fifteen years of extensive experience in accounting, audit, compliance, and other assurance engagements. She specialises in engagements involving publicly listed and regulated entities, non‑bank financial institutions, insurance companies and real estate developers. Her experience also spans multinational companies, small and medium‑sized entities, family‑owned businesses, not‑for‑profit organisations, other public‑interest entities, digital assets, and government bodies.
At Crowe UAE, Frances manages a diverse audit and assurance portfolio covering DMCC, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates region, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client service and relationships.
Prior to joining Crowe, Frances worked at one of the Big Four audit firms in the Philippines. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Manchester – Alliance Manchester Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
