Legislative modification of the Anti-Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Act

The Andorran Anti-Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism 14/2017 Act (hereafter “AMLFT”) was modified on November 2019 and came into force on January 2020. The modification introduced regulatory amendments that must be known and applied for all the reporting entities in order to fulfil the AMLFT legal frame.
