Mr. Gay holds both a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration and a Master of Business Management from the ESADE Business School (Ramón Llull University).
He started his professional career at the international firm Ernst&Young (Barcelona) where he was part of the Audit department for 2 years, specialising in industrial and services companies. He subsequently joined an international business management firm, working in several Member States of the OECD, carrying out accounting, administrative and corporate tasks.
Throughout his professional career, he has built up a solid experience in the fields of auditing and business advisory, providing advice to individual entities as well as consolidated groups, specialising in sectors such as ski resorts, distribution, services and real estate. He has also provided his services in tax and accounting matters to both Andorran and international entities, and he has experience in business valuations and in carrying out independent expert reports for civil proceedings.
He is currently the Manager of the Advisory Department of Crowe Andorra, having joined the firm in 2011.

In addition to his tasks as team supervisor at the Firm, Mr. Gay has also been working in the Regulatory Compliance Department (prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing) since May 2015.
Moreover, he has given several training seminars at the Chamber of Commerce, and he also collaborated in the publication "Manual Pràctic de Comptabilitat d'Andorra".
