Mr. David Cuesta has a Law degree by the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona and completed his academic training with a master’s degree in International Business Law and a postgraduate degree in international taxation at the ESADE Law School.
He accumulates a solid professional experience of more than 10 years in the advice in Corporate and Commercial Law in firms of recognized national and international prestige.
In his professional career he has been advising on corporate and contractual matters to business groups from different sectors, specializing in structuring investments in different jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in the real estate sector.
Likewise, he has specialized in advising and representing clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial operations such as corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and buying and selling of all types of assets nationally and internationally.
Currently, he is the Manager of the Legal Department of Crowe Andorra.
