Becoming a leading corporate citizen means investing in our communities. Through charitable giving, volunteerism, and community service, we encourage our people to give back in any way they can.
We’re passionate about supporting the causes our people care about most
In support of our long history of substantial corporate giving, we established the Crowe Foundation to focus our charitable giving and align contributions with volunteer efforts. While most organizations’ foundations accept grant requests from not-for-profit organizations, the Crowe Foundation only accepts requests from our people on behalf of organizations they support. Anyone in the firm can apply for a charitable grant.
In FY20, the Crowe Foundation, local offices, and the firm made combined charitable contributions totaling $1.5 million.

We believe it’s important for our people to be involved in their communities, both for the virtue of helping others and for the added benefit of personal growth and development.
Our community service policy allows individuals to participate in up to eight hours of community service activities per month without taking paid time off.
When we challenged employees to contribute 100,000 hours to community causes in 16 months, we went above and beyond, logging over 109,000 hours. Sixty-eight percent of Crowe employees participated for a total value of volunteer time worth more than $2.8 million.
