Vikas Sharma

Vikas is a principal in the audit and assurance group at Crowe. He has over 13 years of experience providing information technology (IT) assurance and consulting services. Vikas has spent his career specializing in SOC reporting services (SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 2+, and SOC 3), IT general and application control reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley consulting services, internal audit services, and cybersecurity services. He is well versed in working with both public and private companies in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing and distribution, dealerships, healthcare, and the public sector.

Vikas is a leader within IT assurance responsible for managing a group of IT auditors who are deeply specialized in auditing information systems. He assists with the enhancement of current solutions, development of new solutions, methodology development, and delivery standards.
