Steve Lalor is a partner in the Washington National Tax office of Crowe. He provides tax advisory and M&A/transaction tax services to many private equity and corporate clients and is a leader in the firm’s private equity transaction tax services group. Steve also specializes in cross-border tax planning for multinational clients.

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in M&A/transaction tax services and corporate tax planning. His focus on M&A and transaction tax matters has included the delivery of services in the areas of:

• Merger and acquisition transaction structuring
• Tax due diligence and planning
• Divestitures
• Strategic contract negotiation with respect to tax considerations
• Post-close tax planning

Prior to joining Crowe, Steve was a transaction tax advisory partner with EY in New York City.
