Shelby has more than 18 years of experience providing tax consulting services, with a specific focus on identifying, quantifying, documenting, and defending research and development (R&D) tax credits. Shelby is a frequent speaker and thought leader at Tax Executives Institute conferences and the AICPA representative on the LB&I R&D tax credit roundtable.
