Nicole Bencik (Niki) is the managing partner of the Crowe tax services group with more than 25 years of experience. Since assuming her role in 2021, she oversees a comprehensive suite of tax compliance and consulting services across multiple industries. Before her tenure as tax managing partner, Niki served as the leader of not-for-profit tax services at Crowe with clients ranging from higher education institutions, healthcare providers, trade associations, private foundations, cultural arts organizations, governmental entities, and other not-for-profit organizations.

Niki is a recognized authority in tax practices, frequently speaking and contributing insights on how tax executives can optimize their departments and address evolving challenges. She has shared her expertise with prominent organizations such as the Tax Executives Institute and Bloomberg Tax, among others.
