Matthew Schell is the managing partner of national office within the firm risk management group at Crowe. In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s professional practice topic teams – including accounting standards teams, assurance standards team, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory team, and bank regulatory and legislative team, all of which maintain responsibility for resolution of consultations and development of firm perspectives on professional practice matters. The National Office works together with other teams in the firm risk management group and business unit risk leaders to manage risk and quality for the firm.
