Mark Goodman is a partner in the Crowe LLP international tax services group and also leads the service delivery team. He has more than 20 years of experience working in private equity, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service sectors, focused on the following services:

• Providing tax planning and compliance services
• Representing clients in IRS examinations
• Consulting with privately owned companies and their shareholders

Mark helps clients analyze the tax implications of business transactions, including suggesting optimal structuring techniques and performing tax due diligence reviews to assess federal and state tax implications for potential acquisitions.

Prior to joining Crowe, Mark worked at BDO USA, LLP in the tax office.
