Manuel "Manny" Goncalves

Manny is the chief strategy and communications officer at Crowe. He serves as a member of the management team and is responsible for leading the development, execution, and evolution of the Crowe enterprise and business unit strategies. He is also responsible for establishing the firm’s communications blueprint and approach to ensure the Crowe Story (purpose, values, vision, and strategy) comes to life to drive tangible business outcomes and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. In his role, he provides executive leadership and oversight in translating the Crowe strategy into actionable plans that deliver on business objectives while also driving the necessary evolution and transformation of the firm to support sustainable growth in the future.

He is a business executive with 25 years of experience serving as a strategic business advisor and developing and leading proactive and impactful global communications programs for a variety of stakeholders and across numerous industries.
