JooHee Ohk is a Crowe partner with more than 20 years of experience in tax services. She is the tax lead of the technology, media, and telecommunications industry group and assists clients in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, entertainment, publishing, utilities, healthcare, and private equity. JooHee specializes in income tax planning, research, and compliance review for partnerships and C corporations. In addition, she has deep experience in reviews of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and assisting clients with IRS and state tax audits.

 

Prior to joining Crowe, JooHee worked with a Fortune 100 public company where she was primarily responsible for income tax accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls. In addition, eight years of her career were spent at KPMG and EY.
