James Parker is a partner in the Crowe LLP tax services group. He has provided tax consulting services to diverse companies within multiple industries for more than 25 years. His current focus is on assisting businesses in the manufacturing and distribution, private equity, and technology sectors.

James has expert knowledge of many areas of taxation including federal tax; mergers and acquisitions; S-corporation taxation; C-corporation taxation; and partnership taxation. He has extensive experience advising high-wealth individuals, large C-corporations, and closely held businesses on matters such as general corporate tax planning; buying and selling of businesses; Internal Revenue Service examinations; multi-state income tax compliance; and personal income tax planning.
