Jennifer C. Monaghan

Jennifer Monaghan is a partner in the Crowe LLP audit services group and she leads service delivery for the firm’s Kentucky-based offices.

Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience working exclusively with financial institutions. She has significant expertise in the areas of:

• Public company audits
• Business combinations
• Securities and Exchange Commission filings
• Internal control audits

Jennifer has had extensive involvement in the firm’s internal quality control standards, including assisting with annual inspections and the development of educational materials.

Prior to joining Crowe, Jennifer was a commercial credit manager with a bank holding company.
