Doug Sayad is the managing partner of consumer markets at Crowe. He specializes in audit, assurance, and consulting services. Doug has more than 20 years of experience providing financial statement audits and audits of internal controls over financial reporting. He has deep experience providing clients with services related to initial public offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, and post-merger integration issues. In addition to experience with domestic audit and accounting standards, Doug has a deep understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing.
