Dennis Hild is a principal in the national office at Crowe and has more than 30 years of experience working with financial institutions and regulatory policy. Dennis serves as the firm’s direct liaison to federal financial services regulators, legislators, and national trade associations in Washington, D.C. Dennis’ primary responsibilities focus on examination readiness, regulatory capital structure, bank governance, and risk management. In addition to addressing technical issues affecting financial institutions, Dennis is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and webinars.

Prior to joining Crowe, Dennis spent nearly fifteen years with the Federal Reserve System serving as a commissioned bank examiner and supervisory policy analyst. He also has experience as a national banking trade association executive and chief risk officer at an early-stage fintech.
