David Moncure is a principal in the consulting group at Crowe. He specializes in AI and information governance, e-discovery, data privacy, and cybersecurity. David is a licensed attorney with more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and overseeing global data governance, e-discovery, and privacy programs at some of the largest global organizations. His career spans both law firm and in-house counsel experience, with expertise in legal technology and managing complex e-discovery litigation and investigation matters, including cross-border matters and incident response matters.

David is a frequent speaker and author of numerous articles on information governance, e-discovery, and data protection and security issues. He has been involved with The Sedona Conference his entire career, including holding multiple leadership positions over the years and currently serving as chair emeritus of the Steering Committee of Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability.
