Alicia L. Antonetti-Tricker

Alicia Antonetti-Tricker is a principal at Crowe and serves as the managing principal of the Indianapolis office. Alicia is also the firm’s global talent acquisition and workforce planning leader, responsible for executive, experienced, and campus recruiting as well as firmwide onboarding, career mobility and workforce planning. Additionally, Alicia leads Women Leading @ Crowe, the firm’s women’s programming initiative.

Alicia has spent over two decades providing finance, operations, and information technology consulting services to public sector organizations. She has expertise in program and project management, organizational change management, enterprise technology implementations, finance, strategic planning, and process improvement.
